FACILITIES

I. COMPUTER CENTRE : Established in 1984, our Computer Centre is a pioneer among Puducherry schools in Computer Education and Computerisation of the administration. Computer lab facilities are also available in the nursery section. Students from L.K.G. onwards enjoy Computer training. The electronic Library is set up with updated objective-type questions for the students who prepare for their competitive examinations.

II. LIBRARY : The school is equipped with a spacious Library holding more than 10,000 valuable books. The library also gets all major periodicals including Science and Maths digests. These are particularly useful to the Higher Secondary students in preparing for their Entrance Examinations. The library is well maintained and constantly improved under the supervision of a full–time

III. PETIT HEALTH CARE : Regular medical checkup is provided to all the students and teachers through our Petit Health care, headed by one experienced doctor, assisted by trained nurses - A similar health care unit is also functioning at our Primary school campus at Ouppalam.

IV. SMART BOARD CLASSROOM : Classes Up to IX are provided with a Smart Board classroom. V. An indoor Table Tennis auditorium, twin basketball courts and a tennis court are functioning at the Primary school campus.

VI. SMS : Daily activities of the students in school, Absentees' information with a note of personal concern, information about latecomers, Homework details, and Birthday wishes are sent to the parents by way of SMS.

VII. CBSE Curriculum upto VIII std : The present Samacheer Curriculum from VI to VIII std has been strengthened with CBSE curriculum from June 2016.

VIII. Closed circuit TV (CCTV) is installed on the verandah, Escande Hall, Prayer ground and at the Entrance for the safety of the students.

IX. Cambridge spoken English programme is introduced to improve communication skills in High school classes.

X. Phonetics classes for K.G. & first standard earned much appreciation from parents.

XI. Foundation courses for students of 7th, 8th & 9th are introduced to face NEET, JEE, C.P.T entrance examinations

XII. A Trained Counsellor is appointed to meet the needs of students in four basic domains: academic, career, personal and social development.

XII. ELECTORAL LITERACY CLUB : Electoral Literacy club is being set up in our school to promote electoral literacy in all age groups of Indian citizens through engaging and interesting activities.

XIV. PETIT SEMINAIRE IAS ACADEMY : The "Petit Seminaire IAS Academy" started in November 2018 with the greater vision of making the union territory of Puducherry, the hub of civil service exam preparation. The Academy is providing effective guidance to the aspirant’s community for succeeding in the most prestigious examination in our country.
